EASTBIO® GUJS Series mechanical stirred stainless steel fermenter is ideal for precise parallel experiments and generally applicable to microbiology laboratory of scientific research institutes and enterprises. It can be applied to sifting of culture medium for microbial fermentation, optimization of fermentation parameters and scale-up of fermentation technology. The experiment result closes to the production scale because of its in-situ sterilization technology, and is easily scaled up.

The in-situ sterilization process is similar to the process of scale-up experiments. The operation method is simple and the sterilization is safe and reliable. Special mechanical seal is applied to assure good gas tightness. The inside situations can be observed clearly via wide viewing glass. The equipment can be dismounted and mounted easily. Frameset construction is convenient for operation.
